Lunch with me in Barcelona
Yes, I know… everyone knows all about tapas… you can get them just about anywhere in Barcelona…. and you don’t need help! You could be right. Unless, that is, you might like to enjoy tapas in a very small group at a Tapas Bar where I have been a customer for more than 20 years?
Groups for these Tapas: 4 persons maximum (adults only).
Other groups can be arranged for with 48 hours’ notice.

Meeting point: Your hotel
First of all, we’ll take a walk in Paseo de Gracia to see the main modernist buildings and notice a few of the details that are so often overlooked. Handouts with historical details provided.
Then: A welcome glass of cava (or other drink if preferred) at my favourite Tapas Bar.
Learn:
- how tapas originated and what to drink with them
- how to make your own “pan con tomate” (Catalan-style bread with tomato)
Souvenir: Gift presentation of 5 items (3 greetings cards and 2 notebooks) from the Streets of Barcelona image collection to each participant.
Delivery to your hotel in time for a siesta!

Your food tours are the best, Catherine! I remember every dish at every restaurant I visited with you over the past 13 years!! And, I’m still telling stories about them and entertaining friends with special tapas I first enjoyed in Barcelona with you. Will pass this along to my traveling friends…
