I have been taking photographs in the streets of Barcelona for many years and have a collection of several thousand images. A few years ago, I started using these images to create greetings cards, notebooks and other souvenirs.

People often tell me that they recognize this or that doorway; they have waited for a bus under that balcony or chatted to a friend next to that fountain but never noticed the beautiful patterns, the colours or textures…

So much of what we see every day is taken for granted or simply ignored. We look without seeing. This is a pity, especially in a city as beautiful as Barcelona.

The picture on the top is the wall decoration under a balcony in Carrer Aragó. I thought the pattern stood out more effectively in blue (bottom).

Many of my customers for cards and notebooks are companies and organisations, hotels, restaurants, clubs and events management firms (especially those catering to tourists). If you are one of these, my site may provide you with an opportunity for advertising.

Once you have purchased 100 cards or notebooks, you can opt to advertise here. I then place the front and back cover images (with your contact information and / or logo) on this blog. The price is 20 Euros per month, less than 1 Euro a day, for a basic entry. Prices on request for something more complicated or special positioning on the site.
