Halloween

“Halloween” is on 31st October every year. It is the evening before All Hallows Day, more commonly known as All Saints Day.

It is a time for costume parties, telling ghost stories, “trick or treating”, carving faces into pumpkins (you place a lantern or candle inside the pumpkin for a spooky effect)

and games like apple bobbing.
